Deposit and rental conditions
Provisional bookings can be made by telephone or email. In order to secure your rental a non-refundable deposit of €130 per week booked will be required, except in June to September when the deposit is €220
- The balance is payable 6 weeks before your arrival.
- Change over day is Saturday, arrival after 16:00hrs, departure by 10:00hrs.
- Rates exclude utilities, except for bookings in July and August.
- Credit cards accepted via PayPal. (Subject to a small handling charge)
- Sterling & US Dollars can be accepted at prevailing exchange rates
